Here are few little MLM Success Secrets that I believe will help you in your quest for more targeted traffic and ultimately more effective MLM recruiting and overall network marketing success.

Have you ever wondered why no one is reading your posts?

Well there are many people out there that provide great content, but just don’t know how to get the content in front of the right eyeballs, in our case potential MLM leads, that would value their content.

So assuming that we have accomplished the first and foremost network marketing secret which is effective keyword research (Very Important!), and assuming that we have written solid content that provides value to our readers, the next thing that we must perfect is effectively syndicating our content. So here is your MLM Success Secret for today, Here is my personal content syndication routine that I use.

MLM Secret #1 – RSS Syndication

First thing that I do when it comes to syndicating my posts is submitting it to RSS Aggregator Feeds. Most people only publish there root domain to the RSS feed. By only submitting your root website you are missing out on alot of traffic by not publishing each post as it’s own RSS feed.

  1. Making use of Web Traffic Genius Pro Wordpress plugin I am able to publish an RSS feed per post I create on full autopilot. [COST]

This is a simple way to get your content seen with no real work, this all happens automatically when you hit the publish button.

MLM Secret #2 – Social Media Syndication

Second thing that I do is my social media syndication. Here I leverage several tools and free strategies in an attempt to get my content to go viral.

  1. Utilizing Onlywire Plugin I bookmark the post, this will distribute it to just about all my bookmark accounts and social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter. [FREE]
  2. I also belong to what is known as a tribe. My tribe is part of Syndication Alliance. Tribing permits you to build relationships with other like minded people, while also assisting syndicate each others content. Very effective and highly recommended. [FREE]
  3. Using Social Media Science Synnd I start a bookmarking campaign which will allow others in the Synnd Community to bookmark this post. This is similar to tribing, but the community performs the tasks in an automated fashion. [COST]
  4. Depending on the level of Social Buzz I am looking for, I may also create a Content Syndication Campaign using Synnd as well. A Content Syndication campaign is where your content will get votes and comments in an attempt to make your content go viral. [COST]

MLM Secret #3 – Article Syndication

Third thing that I do is my article directory syndication. Here I leverage My Article Network and Automatic Article Submitter to speed up my distribution.

  1. Using Automatic Article Submitter I submit my content to the top article directories. [COST]
  2. Using My Article Network I submit my content so that it can get picked up by other blogs. [COST]

MLM Secret #4 – Video Syndication

Finally I create a short video promoting the content that I just wrote.

  1. Using Traffic Geyser I submit my video to the top video directories with a link pointing back to the original article on my blog. [COST]
  2. I also sometimes leverage Tube Mogul
  3. as well. I have different accounts setup and basically perform the same thing as what I do with Traffic Geyser. [FREE]

Now all of these syndication tasks I may not do all on the same day. I may stretch it over a few days to give a natural feel to the search engines. But I will finish all my promotion initiatives for a given piece of written content inside a weeks time.

Now I hope you now realize the importance of having a repeatable routine when it comes to syndicating content. This not only takes the guessing work out of it, but also offers a approach for you to gauge how effective your promotion campaigns are performing.

This can also help with your MLM recruiting because you can provide a content syndication routine that can be duplicated by your team. If you notice that no traffic is coming to read your posts, then either you have a non compelling title or your content syndication is not effective.

MLM recruiting is the life blood of your MLM business.  Recruiting may seem difficult at first but with the proper mindset, training and effort you can soon become one of the top recruiters in your company and be well on your way to creating a 6-figure income.

Keep the following tips in mind as you undergo your MLM recruiting activities.

1.  Be consistent and do recruiting activities every day.

Continuous, steady action is the best way to become the top recruiter in your company.  Do something everyday that is recruiting related.  Send 5 emails.Make 15 contacts by phone.  Place 2 ads.  Have a recruiting plan and stick with it.  You’ll find your downline growing and your bank account filling up in no time.

2.  Be a leader.

Be confident and self-assured whenever you are interacting with prospects.People are seeking assistance.  They need a leader.  Someone who can show them how to achieve the success they are craving. 

3.  Listen with open ears and a closed mouth.

7.  Engage people’s emotions.

8.  Identify your ideal business partner.

Invest the time to write down the qualities of your ideal business partner.  What are they like?  What do they enjoy doing.  Don’t waste your time with the tire-kickers.  You have an important mission and don’t let negative, time wasters keep you from it.

9. Never chase a prospect.

Come on now! Every one of you should have instantly raised your hand after reading the topic of this article. Next, they should be impatiently waiting for the page to load after they have clicked. I only say this because that is exactly how I felt when I was first introduced to the thought of rejection free recruiting. I’ll tell you what my next thought was… This sounds WAY too good to be true. I have found, however, that IT IS TRUE!

 

What do I mean? I’m saying that when we talk to our warm market, we are told that we must struggle to overcome rejection. We are told that it’s not us they’re saying NO to, it’s just our opportunity. I agree and I disagree, but that is another topic.

 

Alright, let’s get down to it. Rejection Free MLM Recruiting. There are many offline techniques that come close to eliminating rejection, but again, another article is needed for that. Instead, I’ll delve into online marketing since that makes rejection obsolete!

First, leave people alone that are not interested in your opportunity! This is kind of obvious, but it isn’t always taught to newcomers. You need to put your attention to people that are already involved in the network marketing industry. These people won’t give you the headaches that truly uninterested people will. You won’t get the “Is this legal?” and “Is this one of those pyramid schemes?” responses that we all hate to hear! No; our target market should be people ready and waiting to change their lives in our amazing industry.

 

Next, we don’t want to vomit our opportunity and products on these people. Many people who are already involved in our industry are not out searching for a new company. What they are looking for is a way to have success in their own company.

 

With the people not involved yet, the same rules apply. These people are looking for a company to join. In addition, they are really searching for a leader in the industry. Think about it; there are many, many great companies with amazing opportunities in which fortunes can be made. New people to the industry will jump on board with a person they feel is dedicated to helping them succeed. What they want is a leader!

 

So then, instead of attacking people with our opportunity when we first connect with them, we should offer them our services. Show them that you are valuable and that you want to help them with their business. No matter what! Show them the time-tested system that you use to generate your success. They are looking for someone to LEAD them, not argue with them or convince them of something.

 

Simply put, apply the principles of online marketing in your MLM business and rejection will be avoided. A word of caution though, don’t fake it! Have a great, affordable, easy to use system for marketing and generating leads. Offer your knowledge and skills to people without expecting anything in return. Don’t make the same mistake that I see a ton of people out there doing right now. They connect with me online and tell me that they can help me,but really offer me nothing worthwhile. I have people approach me like this all the time. They just gab at me for a bit, then spew their opportunity at me without my request. They I am left feeling yucky and disappointed! I didn’t receive any help like I thought I was going to. I’m sorry, but this won’t work. These people have nothing real to offer and are faking it!

If your network marketing company provides excellent products and payplan it seems at first glance a surprise that so many folks who come into this business fail to make much money and lay the path to a solid financial future.
