I recently listened to a video talk by Anthony Robbins about the 5 keys to succeed and realized that the MLM industry is a a great example for witnessing how well a person is able to employ these 5 keys to Thrive and to take action. What a phenomenal industry. Your success is wholly dependent on how well you apply these actions.
The current financial system is the unqualified best opportunity to hit the Multi-Level Marketing industry in 40 years. Just about everyone I talk to today is seeking an opportunity to escape the economic problems that has dropped upon the global markets. It seems that people are much more motivated and much more open to possibilities to construct a healthy personal financial system and Network Marketing is a fantastic option for people that are willing to do whatever is necessary to succeed. There is a specific reason that I did not title this article the 5 Keys to Survive. I want to continue Thriving in this economy not just Surviving.
There are 5 Specific Keys to address:
1) Strengthen Your Mind:
You have to control your inner voice. Self-talk can be very counter productive. Be very conscientious about what you tell yourself everyday. You need to repeat heartening and optimistic self-talk and most people have difficulty mastering that technique. Try this: Begin to notice what you say to yourself every day. Would your friends and family tolerate you talking to them that way?
Continue to fill your mind. Read, Listen, and Learn from the people that can provide the best assistance. Look for the folks that have achieved what you most want and then learn from them through books, tapes, seminars, videos …. whatever.
Most importantly you mustguard at the access to your mind. You have got to protect yourself from the unhelpful influences and the hateful or indolent people that will attempt to corrupt your thought processes. The thoughts that enter your mind become actual and you assign them meaning. The meaning you give them will affect your energy in many ways. Be particular about what you let in to your mind.
2) Train your Body:
A strong body is an important foundation for everything else. Everything in your life feeds off of your physiology. The better your physiology the greater the foundation from which to build every other thing upon. Do not take this lightly.
3) Find a Mentor:
There is a corridor to get from where you are to wherever you want to be in life. Don’t reinvent the wheel. Mentors can show you a path taken by others and help you to surpass whatever goals you want for your life. Use role models so that you can learn to deal with the troubles you encounter all along the way.
4) Initiate a Plan of Action:
You don’t have to have a perfect plan before you start. By taking action, you will be able to to fine-tune your map and any anxiety that you have about taking action, melts away as you take the action. You need to become comfortable coming out of your comfort zone.
5) Become Greatful:
Figure out what you are grateful for and give thanks for everything in your life. I’ve met people who look as if they have everything and they are miserable since they are not thankful. I also know people who look as if they have nothing in life but are incredibly happy because they are grateful. Always remember that Motive does Matter.
The more you apply these 5 Keys, the better your accomplishment will be in Network Marketing and in Life.
